I've had reoccurring problems with a compressed disc in my back for years, but I reached a crisis point during Christmas 2016. I could barely get out of bed and most normal activities were out of reach. After 4 months of visits to my doctor, physical therapy, mri, x-rays and a referral to a back specialist, I was lined up for surgery in April, but had to delay surgery due to a bad EKG reading. My pain level resting was at a 5 and walking took it up to 7/8 level.
I went home, took a nap, and woke up saying chiropractor to my husband. He got on the phone, called Dr. Miller, and they said to come on over. After x-rays, Dr. Miller talked with us and then said, Come on, let me fix you. I walked out of his office upright for the first time in 4 months.
In the last 2 months I saw Dr. Miller 3 times for 3 weeks and now I am down to getting an adjustment once every 2 weeks. I have minor twinges of pain, but my life is back to normal -- without surgery.
Dr. Miller's staff (Dee, Megan & Emily) are all very kind and patient; I have never felt as well taken care of as I do at Dr. Miller's office.
